Accessibility of the site

Sorde Abbey is a site with mostly open-air spaces, connected by a gravel path. 
The underground areas (cryptoporticus) are only accessible via a narrow spiral staircase. They are therefore not accessible by pushchair or wheelchair. 
We advise visitors to wear appropriate footwear (preferably flat and closed) for comfortable and safe walking.

Toilets

There are no toilets on site.

The public is invited to use the public toilets located opposite the church (cross at the pedestrian crossing), 70 metres from the abbey: toilets for men, women and disabled people, with a baby changing table available for families.

Pets

Pets are not allowed on the site, except in a closed bag provided for transport.
